As early innovators of energy-saving kitchen ventilation systems, GREASE MASTER has long been recognized as a leader in its field and today offers an extensive line of kitchen ventilation products from energy-saving makeup air hoods to complete turn-key packages consisting of hoods, fire suppression systems, utility distribution systems, heated makeup air rooftop units, and exhaust up-blast fans. Our specialty is solving customer ventilation needs by working through architects, engineers and food service consultants from project conception through final installation.

Our total product line is manufactured in modern and progressive facilities, in our new location in Monroe, North Carolina (25 miles east of Charlotte, NC) having recently moved from our former facilities in Indian Trail, NC. Our testing laboratories are here as well, where ongoing research assures that GREASE MASTER products meet changing market demands.

GREASE MASTER products are found in commercial kitchens from coast to coast, north to south and in a variety of locations around the world. Specific hood designs are UL listed and are recognized by prominent code authorities across the United States (CABO, BOCA, ICBO, and SBCCI). All hoods bear the NSF International Certification Mark and meet National Fire Protection Association requirements set forth in bulletin #96.

GREASE MASTER is a division of Custom Industries, Inc., headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina. Since 1962, Custom Industries, with three North Carolina locations, has been recognized for its excellence in metalworking. Over 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space is devoted to a wide range of metal disciplines, including stamping, machining, fabrication, painting and assembly. Major product lines provided by Custom Industries are textile machinery and machinery replacement parts, contract products for general industry, security grills for the correctional market, clean air systems for hospital operating rooms, and vacuum lifting material handling systems.
